The Problem We Saw
Salesforce teams at enterprise after enterprise struggled with the same problem: world-class CRM data locked inside their org, but turning that data into professional proposals, contracts, invoices, and reports meant hours of manual copy-paste, formatting, and error-prone rework.
The existing solutions all shared the same flaw — they required data to leave the Salesforce security boundary, routed through external servers and third-party APIs. For teams in regulated industries, that was a non-starter.
The Radical Premise
What if the entire document engine ran inside Salesforce? No external calls. No middleware. No data leakage. Just a managed package that installs in under 10 minutes and generates DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PDF, HTML, and CSV from any Salesforce object.
That idea became NimeDocs, and Nimaxiom Service Private Limited was born in Jaipur, India to build it.

NimeDocs is our first product, not our last. Nimaxiom's mission is to build an entire ecosystem of enterprise tools that prioritize security-by-architecture, radical simplicity, and native platform integration. We are just getting started.
